This patient had a previous breast augmentation with implants that she felt were far too big for her frame and not the look that she wanted. She had requested that her prior surgeon perform a breast lift because she had extreme breast droop or ptosis. Her surgeon chose to simply put in a large breast implant instead, and left her very unhappy. She came to Gabbay Plastic Surgery for a breast implant, revision and lift. Her implants were exchanged for smaller silicone implants, the pockets were closed into an appropriate size, and she underwent a breast lift to reduce the droop. Galaflex mesh was also used to keep her breasts lifted overtime. Over time, her scars almost completely disappeared, and she was extremely happy with her new look.
